Problem to install game Sherlock Holmes : The Mystery of the Mummy

Hello!

I just downloaded the game, however my computer do not recognizes the file type. On properties there is just written file type: File.

Strange thing-how can I install this game if I have one 1,67Gb file with unrecognized format?

I'm assuming then this might be an ISO file or something of the like. Might want to download a virtual drive like Daemon tools and see if you can mount it. You didn't pirate this by any chance, did you?

No, I bought it in adventureshop and I hope they are not selling pirates

I downloaded Daemon tool lite and mounted image of file-however even daemon do not recognize it

Did you download all of the files that came with the game. It kind of sounds to me like you might be missing the installer that would deal with the 1.67 GB of files. You should get an email saying what files go with the game, can you check to see if you've clicked on them all?

Yes, I checked e-mail-there were just one file mentioned and I have downloaded it.

Also I have sent e-mail to adventureshop-not replay yet
