I am thinking of buying these three science puzzle games - has anyone played them on Vista? Does 2000 or XP compatibility mode work for any of these? I've looked at the Vista list on the gameboomers site and the other lists linked on the gameboomers site and could not find anyone who said they'd tried these games on Vista. Google was no help either.

I also have a mac I could use, if that would work, but I've never played a game on it.

Anyway, even though you have most likely found the answer, Yes, Physicus works on Vista, and the much newer Windows 7. I haven't yet gotten the chance to try Chemisus or Bioscopia on vista or 7, but I'm sure they work considering they came out after physicus by the same company.
