Ripper (1996) - Sound

Installing Ripper goes fine (windows XP), but when i played it i quickly noticed that there's some sound problem, like a bad stuttering that makes incomprensible what the actors say.

Can someone help me fix this annoying problem

? If the answer is DosBox, could someone teach me how to install it from there (cd) ?

well a friend of mine helped me

she found this guide to install it in XP.

.. and it workssss.
