Default Broken Sword 3 won't load on Vista

So I just purchased Broken Sword 3, and after installing the it, the game won't load. Just keeps coming up with this message http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...r2/bs3prob.jpg

Anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Thanks in advance.

You really shouldn't have resized the pic: it's impossible to make out the error message. Still, the style of the error window makes it look like an error with Starforce rather than the game itself. This page may help.

Well, dosen't it say "This program requires windows 95 ... or server 2003". As you can see it dosn't say Vista and so it dosn't think that it will work.

I played Broken Sword 3 on my Vista just fine with retail CDs.

Well, I think Iam screwed... After reading Kurufinwe's post, and clicking the link, it says this "Older than 3.04.062 These versions will never be able to work with Windows Vista."

And mine is 3.3.27.36

So, looks like I wont be able to play it.... Unless anyone knows of a way to bypass Starforce?

I finally found a way to get Broken Sword 3 to work on Vista!

Seems they have released a new boxset of Broken Sword 1, 2 and 3, retails for £14.99, but is Vista compatible

I'm defiantly picking this up, being able to play through BS 1, 2 and 3 again with no issues is defiantly a godsend.

O, and the link if anyones intrested; http://www.game.co.uk/PC/Action/Adve...Sword-Trilogy/
