Hello all. I'm having trouble with Missing. When I complete a puzzle the game crashes and I get an error message about shockwave. It started happening in Terra, but I thought I fixed it by installing the newest version of quicktime. Well, now I've made it to the final puzzle in Ignis and the crash has returned.

So far I've tried uninstalling Quicktime and installing the version on the CD, but no luck. I'm running XP and have the game of the year addition. The puzzle I'm on is the one with the pipes and the match where you have to keep the flames lit.
