Default Zelda Twilight Princess - Wii - Please help, been stuck for ages here.

I've been stuck in this part of Zelda for a few days and I have the game guide and still have no clue how to advance, here are some pictures:

Please help as Im going insane. I got to the chest on the other side of that blue roof thingie, but where else do I need to go?!

It's in Goron Mines. I'm not sure exactly where to go, but I remember it being pretty easy to get disoriented in that particular area. I think there was the chest on one side and then the way you should go was all the way around on the other side. Shoot all of the enemies down that you can before going up, and when you run into more of them that you'll just have to avoid, you're going in the right direction.
