I am stuck deciphering the manuscript back at the bail bonds. I have obtained the historical database by hacking but can't find any information on phillepe iv, clement v, jaques de molay and night hospitaller. i have used every walkthrough website for the game but with no success. any help anyone

Welcome to the forums dasar.

When you look at your notes on your PDA, you need to scroll through them (I ended up using the scroll wheel on my mouse) and click on the links in the notes themselves within the notes. I found when I just used to the arrows on the PDA itself, it zoomed to the end and I missed a bunch of stuff.

When you've read through everything, I believe you need to reclick on the different parts of the manuscript so George can comment on them with his new knowledge.
