Can't Install Dark Fall 2

I just bought Dark Fall 2 and I can't get it to install. It looks like it is going to install, bu then I get this message;

Lights Out has not been totally installed because of the following reason;

This file contains invalid data.

You will have to run this utility again to completely install Lights Out.

I have tried installing it again and again but it does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Are all of your background programs turned off before installing ? Turn off your anti-virus program as well.
