hm.. A good vga box?

Shopping for a good vga box and really can't find any. Does anybody have one they are satisfied with? Im looking for one for my ps2 so I can play it on my vga monitor, hopefully component in or whatever looks better for vga monitors.

most of the ones ive researched for have centering problems, tint problems, and some reviewers just dont show pics of the quality of the thing.

its the progressive scan converter so you can play your ps2 on your computer monitor.
