Hi

I'm having a problem playing the movies. The game starts up and runs for about 5mins and then the screen goes black and I have to restart the comp. I have just updated my graphics card and all other games run. Can anyone help please.

Since it's a new game, have you tried contacting the developer / publisher for technical support?

Hi

I've tried everything. Apprently this is not uncommon but it is random. The game producers have this problem with the other games that they have made, Fables, Black and White 2 and now The Movies. We have downloaded all the patches, upgraded all software drivers, etc. We're waiting to update the catalyst driver but the game still freezes and no one seems to know why not even the makers.
