The Longest Journey - Chapter 8

Hey all,

Im replaying TLJ after all these years to get ready for Dreamfall, and I've fergotten how to do the part where you need to put all the symbols on all 4 statues in the correct order, its been driving me nuts. lol.

hey ive been stuck on this puzzle as well.. i figured out the symbols.. then i hear a click and a sound but cannot figure out what to do after that..

ideas?

You also have to set the inner rings to a certain place as well.

I can't remember what it is though.

how do i capture an image from this game? i guess maybe printscreen would work? .. but i do not have a image editing utility program installed on my comp currently..

but,

well it no longer lets me move the inner rings after i moved them to the right locations after i put the blocks as u stated above red, yellow, black, green ,.

but i am just now seeing that i can 'turn' the blocks as well? do i have to rotate them then in addition?

as soon as i lined everything up i heard a click though and then a sound like a chain or something opening maybe? somewhere? but i dont see anything new in the cave anywhere.

hey yeyyy i figured it out.. guess twisting was required lol. just twisted em around till it finally unlocked fully.

hey thats where i am now i think.. the statues... in chapter ''8'' not the stones in chapter ''7'' .. right?
