Help! Law & Order Criminal Intent puzzle!

I'm stuck at the slider puzzle in the Lisa Stokes case. I'm totally crap at slider puzzles, so could someone please help me? Is there a step by step solution to this slider puzzle?

Please help! I'm desperate!

I havent come across anything, I managed this puzzle fine on my own.
But there is a picture on the wall next to the bedside table if you havent
already seen it, its the picture you have to make up with the sliders if that
helps... although you cant come away and go back to it as it resets.
