Here's another view of her. I bet they used this model to make the composite for the character. It's too much of a coincidence.

Well if you're curious, you should pick up the Art of Half Life. Shows her and all the people used, including the some odd 29 faces they composited together to create Gordon (overkill IMO).

Really? I always thought Alyx and the others were just too lifelike to not be composites of real people.

Yep, every character in the game is based off a real life person. According to the book, Dr. Kleiner came from some accountant who worked in the same building, Dr. Eli Vance was a homeless man looking for work they found on the street, and Barney was one of the main guys at VALVe.
