One of my favourite things about BG&E was the fact that you had sidekicks. This may be a really geeky thing to say, but I like playing games that allow you to have friends in the game (because videogamers don't have any friends in real life!). I'd love for a BG&E sequel to expand the role of the sidekicks in the same way Sly 2 does, or to let you switch from character to character.

Also, there should be more stuff to do with the camera. I think BG&E would have been a great game if it only involved the hunting for the endangered animals. The only thing was that it was too easy to find them. A sequel could even introduce a reward system based on the quality or artistic merit of the picture you take. Something like that to make you play the game over and over.

It also plays like a platformer, Trep, since you run, jump and fight (yes, I realise this applies to a lot of games, but BG&E does those things in a platformery way). It's a platformer, but free-roaming, and without a platform to be seen (and set in a detailed world, with lots to do besides platformery stuff).

Again it was one of the most memorable moments in the game where you had others to work with on overcoming obstacles. I especially liked how they are not mindless, gameplay devices. They talk to you, make observations, aid you in battle, and comment on the area you guys are in. It just gives that nice dose of humanity into already beautiful game and further increases the immersion. More of this sequel most definitely! New allies as well would be cool too. 8-)

Hmmm…what if there could be a love interest for Jade? It doesn’t have to have any kissy, lovey dovey, scenes in it or anything like that. He could be one of the allies that help you throughout the game and it’s hinted there is something going on between them. But it’s nothing superficial like some movies. There is an attraction but also and understanding of one another as the adventure goes on. How does this sound?

And why does it not have to have this?

Default So is there something I need to know?

Is this true? Is BGE going to have a 2nd part...
Spoiler:
The end of the first game (When Pey J turned to DomZ zombie or stg) left me with the feeling of sadness.
. Whatever, let me know if this true!

Emm..Welcome to the forums Rebel and Χαιρετίσματα στην Πρέβεζα , but you should learn to use the spoiler tags because not everyone knows what happens in the end of the game and since you loved the game that much, it's not fair to spoil the fun for anyone who hasn't played it yet, is it?

Just a little piece of advice, no hostility there. I'm sure the mods can take care of the spoiler before the guy who-whould-love-the-game-shouldn't-he-had-known-the-ending notices it. After all the game's beauty lies in the gameplay mainly and then the story.

Now feel free to join us in our "Resurrect the sequel to BG&E" ceremony.

Dark Rebel, I went ahead and put spoiler tags in your post. You can do it yourself in the future, just do this:

[ spoiler ]texallos smells funny.[ /spoiler ]

Just remember not to include the spaces between the brackets.

They absolutely MUST make a sequel to this game =( I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was =( And my sole measure of how good a game is, is simply based on how not-sucky it is. And this game most definitely did not suck. GIMMIE! >_<
