I'm glad they're doing a similar game in a different universe. I'm tired of everything having to be a direct sequel. I'm so glad this is being made at all, and a fully original world makes it doubly exciting. I don't want a duplicate of Ico... if I want Ico I can just go and play Ico. Game designers making sequels to things instead of creating new worlds seems like a waste to me. Aren't you glad that Tim Schafer made Grim Fandango instead of Full Throttle 2? Aren't you glad Mike Ancel is making Rayman 4 instead of a new original game or a BG&E sequel? Whoops got a bit off topic there...

I agree with you Jake as long as the game isn't so similar as to be a sequel in all but name. That really isn't any different. I mean, I won't complain one way or the other in reality.
