Default LA Noire:TCE (Intro)

Wow have a look, title is noire, while gutter running down from middle of the street, shadow tricks at the wall on foggy background, superb art direction, most promising menu design ever.

Exactly. Not to mention you can play the game with the Noire filter *black & white, strong contrast, etc".

When I first played this on the PS3 with my roommate, I thought "Holy crap, what a great menu system". We both worked together at a couple of game companies, so the next step was tearing the menu apart and saying how awesome each element was. Especially the Car Gallery.

What a blast,i think LANoire offering the most daring gaming project coz rendered in full scale and detail realtime enviroments,i dont expect other new titles will try that sometime soon. A.gamers knows that some Blade Runner scenes shot at Union station,so i just felt the right time has come for this future noire title as well.

It is from a Crysis Competition to recreate scenes.

Here is a link, including other recreations from films.

If you're referring to end of the game, then prepare to be disappointed. Just sayin'...

I liked to see this game put an end stupid cop cliches and parodies in game world, now on the contrary making gangster games looks arcade and idiotic to play.

This game could've been legend, but on action department falls way back Gta4 and Mafia 2(i wonder why can't achieve at least this older games level)rockstar overlooked driving and shooting physics. After making everything right why so simplfied driving?(compared to GTA4)road conditions doesnt effect driving, drifting not allowed etc..even chase scenes prescripted just be easy and follow the target from distance eventually an accident will occur(means they've no chance to escape already)and really doesnt matter where you shot or got hit (except head)brawling like a big joke no one can use legs..
After all this someone expect what's got left enough for selling a police drama, pretty optimistic Cole.

The clear linear development from Hidden and Dangerous series and Mafia I to Mafia II paved the way to LA Noire, and I hope for more of the same, for CGI games can clearly handle the load of a complex and living world..just takes vision and work and avoiding dull and dumb stories tracked beyond freedom. I hope they go in a more open way.
