Need help to find an old game
Hi
I think this is a hard one. I dont know much about it. It was a game I once played at one of my friends for a long time ago. What I remember: I think the protagonist is trapped in a village (the bridge which connects it to the rest of the world has collapsed) You play as a woman(maybe more protagonists like Resident evil, Im not sure), and you try to evade some "humanoid animal like"-creatures, which will chase you if they see you (I think that the player doesnt really have weapons, and is forced to avoid any confrontations) Here is the bizarre part. If they catch you, the game jumps to a cutscene where the creatures have "attached" the player to a wall over a fireplace, like some kind of "wild game trophy" while the player is still alive. Its in third-person The game has the graphics like Resident evil 1/Tomb Raider (A lot of polygons and stuff) and is probably from the late nineties I know it all sounds a bit fcked up, but thats all I can remember. And beforehand, thanks if anybody tries to help me Best Regards -Ras |

Sounds like Ecstatica to me. The bridge collapses as you walk into the village. The monsters do hang you up if they beat you up. There was a monastery of very suspicious monks and a suit of armour that actually really slowed you down rather than being a great help.

At first I thought it could be Blair Witch Project - Rustin Parr... but Ecstatica has more similarities with the description.
