Ah, that's a shame . After the Meat Circus, I thought Sasha Nein's level was the trickiest in the game, mainly because you have to rapidly learn some fiddly skills to get through it, and the enemies are probably a little more abundant than they should be.
Ah well, hope you manage to get back into it one day - the truly special moments in the game start coming a little while after the Sasha Nein level. |

Sasha Nein was a little hard, simply because it was so early in the game. Had it come right after Milla's I think it would have been a little easier to handle. I made it through dying once on the big censor.

I had some trouble with that, too. Being a gamer who often loves platformers but sucks dreadfully at them has it's drawbacks. Anyways, stick with it, assume you will get killed each time and I promise you that you will eventually get it. One thing I finally learned that really helped me: expect to die every time and relax. Suddenly you'll find that once it doesn't annoy you, you'll start making those hits. And you only have to get it right one time to move on.
Good luck. Oh, and by the way, I'm still being drowned regularly in the meat circus... happy trails, Carolyn |

Regarding the Meat Circus, try this thread if you're having trouble with the bit where you have to
Spoiler:(spoiler tags really weren't necessary there, were they?) Otherwise, there are some pointers for other bits of the Meat Circus here. Last edited by simpson_yellow; 06-16-2006 at 01:15 AM. |

I did it, I finished it, I'm so pumped. I loved the shots of the 'casts' during the credits. What a fantastic game.

I liked that bit in the credits where I was credited.

Yes, what did you actually do to deserve that? Just curious. I didn't recall you as a tester or anything, but your Church of Tim may have had something to do with it?

I like how, for a change, you don't feel alone in a platformer. One thing that makes my fav platformer, Mario Sunshine, so great is that there are so many people about the island. After so many years of waiting for something similar, Psychonauts really brought that back for me. |
