Imperium Romanum - And Adventure in the Modern Roman Empire, apart from the fact that something is wrong (although it doesn't appear so to your character). There's everything from beer, radio, and a condom dispenser in the wash room (your character is male), mixed in with classic Rome. Oh, and then there's the scientist that is researching this "Nuclear bomb" thing he learned about, without realising that he might burn his fingers if something goes wrong - along with the fingers of all known humanity. Slowly you discover that people from the future have found a time machine, and are now making a profit by selling modern things to people in the Ancient Roman Empire. Great Adventure, which does not seem to be known to many.

More submissions, eh? Does that mean we're gonna do a second contest?

I'm trying to remember a Megadrive/Genesis game I loved way back when. It was first person with green mutants in it, some kind of bio accident story.
Toxic avengers?

based on the cartoon as opposed to the films.
