He created the account to get around a temporary ban on another account.

Well next to his avatar,it says "banned user"...So is he really banned or is it just a caption that was put by the user?Just curious as ever..

There was nothing to miss. As with virtually every ban, it was the result of ongoing issues involving both public and private behaviour, and the latter is not something we openly discuss. Though the explanation already given above should be a pretty good indication of his respect for authority at AG.
