Dude! Where's my images!?

I was like doing the whole traditional [img]LINK TO IMAGE HERE THING[/img]earlier and it was just showing what I'd typed as opposed to doing as it does traditionally do.
has it changed or something?

What's the url of your image? Sometimes they have urls that prevent them from being linked.

urls that don't end in a standard image file extension don't get shown inline by vbulletin.
