Default Paradise Hands-on

Wait, Sokalian......this is being made by the same person who came up with Syberia then? I think I'll pass unless a demo can change my mind then. I wasn't a fan of the lack of interaction and things to do in Syberia as well as the boring story. It almost felt like I was playing the game just to glare at pre-rendered environments. Isn't the adventure genre supposed to be the one genre that DOESN'T rely on its graphics to sell the game?

It seems like its interesting enough, but now I'm worried the finished product will just be another mundane 'to-do' list adventure game instead of one that will be remembered years from now. Considering how sick I am of these types, I'm hoping I'm wrong.

Well I didn't think that the Syberia games were boring, rather on the contrary. And I am very excited for paradise.

Nice preview Jack!
