Default I can't decide!

Some guy offered to sell me Curse of Monkey Island and The Dig for $10 shipped. I always own Curse but not The Dig, and I don't have much interest in it. Should I do it? Seems like a good deal...

Uh, I don't know. The game is okay, nothing real special. But then again, the price is good. I'd say yes.

Go for it. You can always sell CMI for some thing like 5 bucks then you would have gotten the Dig for 5 bucks. It's not one of my favorites but I'd say it's worth 5 bucks.

It's not that bad, but you could probably get it cheaper. Good choice.

The Dig was pretty good - 7/10 for me. I didn't like the characters, but the story was decent. I would say it's worth $10.

Agreed!

Characters were grating but it was a well designed game and had some pretty inspired settings.

Worth $10 shipped? I'd probably say so.

It's not just for The Dig, but also CoMI, which I already own.

I'm going to pass it up though. I have wayyy to many games on my waiting to play list.

The game was okay, so I don't think you'll lose any sleep over passing it up.

Personally, I really don't remember all that much about it. I tried playing it once, got stuck near the beginning and stopped. Then I revisited it several months or so later because I had no other games to play. I remember thinking it was pretty decent once it got going. But I guess I just liked Robert Patrick's voice. It's freaky cool. I would probably replay it again, but I've still got too many new games I haven't gone through, and there are other classics I'd much rather replay before I even considered The Dig.

But enough about me.

The Dig is a great game.

Of course, after all these other posts, I guess one good opinion won't be enough to convince you.
