Probably if you have a fever you should not spend time in a very, very hot enclosed space. It could kill you.

Tropics and sauna doesn't sound like a good mix. I personally haven't try it, since I really can't figure out why anyone would wanna go into one, when it's obscenly hot and humid outdoors.
There are some people who would swear by the benefits of sauna though, but it just doesn't appeal me. |
