I dont want to update as im gonna format this week, but lately whenever i open Mozilla I get this default box about new user, so i create a new user. it happens all the time and i lose my bookmarks. why is this happening?

I had the same thing happen to me recently, and I noticed that a Firefox process was still running in the background (meaning it hadn't closed properly). Have you restarted you computer?
