Puppy Pics for gilly!
OK, so this is a dog-lover's answer to Lynsie's Kittie pic thread. I love Trep and Lynsie but dogs rule and puppys are way cuter than kittens.
This is why I love Cocker Spaniels. Ruby looked just like this when she was a pup. |

This is the puppy I eventually will get:
But first things first, I want 2 kittens. Then in a few years, the hound.

Are you kidding? He WANTS to get them all for me!
Even before I moved here he adopted a cat from someone in preparation for my arrival (without asking me first). It ran away when he put it outside for a bit and went missing for a week. He put up signs for it, and somehow it turned up at the woman he got it from, and she's one of those weird-ass cat ladies (you know, the ones that have dozens of cats living with the). She decided she didn't like him anymore for the incident and wouldn't give the cat back. Bitch.

It's just a name, as far as I know. I also once met a person called Cora. Friends of us got their Golden Retriever at the same time as we got Cora. They also knew some of the people that owned the other dogs from that litter. I met most of them, and the name of the dogs was wonderful: Artreju (Ah-Dray-iu)! It is especially awesome, because that is the name of the main character of the Neverending Story (whom Bastian reads about. Please note that the movie never got past the first half of the book - Bastian is *in* the Neverending Story mostly in the second half. The rest of the book, he is just reading the book "The Neverending Story" [and participating from outside]). Atreju is one of the "Grass People" or "Greeskins". They have dark green skin (like olives), and blue-black hair. They live in Phantásien. To be more specific, in the Sea of Grass, a prairie that lies beyond the Silver Mountains. They live from and with the Purpur Buffalo (which have Purpur red fur, and are nearly double the size of normal Bulls). -
