Worst film director of all time
You can choose another person if you really want, but I defy you to.

Anderson isn't *that* bad at directing, his writing skills are just abysmal.

Hmmm, I think I'd have to say that Uwa Boll is far worse. At least Alien Vs. Predator had some mainstream appeal (and didn't do too badly at the box office, I might add). Uwa is just plain trash... He bombed at the box office, he bombed with the critics, and he was bombed with hate mail from angry gamers. However, I think it's safe to say that no one who has ever graced the screen is/was as bad as Ed Wood. |

Ed Wood's movies are bad in such a way that they become good movies.
Uwe Boll is just a hack, just like Michael Bay is. I nominate both these two.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Resident Evil 2, even if it wasn't its attention, and if Uwe Boll's movies can't do the same I think I#ll just vote for him preemptively.

Let's hope he'll get a scriptwriter for these. Romero, for example.

Hey here's a though Paul: Try making a survival horror game into a horror movie instead of a lame action. There's an idea for you. Take a leaf out of Christophe Gans and Roger Avary's book and do it right for a change.

Neither did I. She's got some kind of director addiction, evidently - although this drug isn't proving very good for Milla. At least Luc Besson made some real films and actually eked worthwhile performances out of her.
All I need to do is graduate to director and "bump" into her sometime! Sorted!

Well, she takes her acting career pretty darn serious, that's for sure!

ROFL. But this really has to be read to be believed. And yes, this is Uwe Boll - I've read interviews with him before. I KNOW the guy is German, but no-one's proofreading him?

UB: Good to hear that. IRAK is almost history - BOLL STAYS!
TF: Well, umm...I think that pretty much sums it up. Must be funny to work with him on-set.

" TF: Aside from the obvious need for a good script, what do you think was the biggest lesson you learned from your experience making House of the Dead?
UB: I did it before HEART OF AMERICA (by the way now on DVD out) a movie based on a great script with great acting, etc.! The problem I had with HOUSE was that I didn't like a lot of the dialog and the gags etc., so I omitted a lot on set, and so I destroyed maybe the characters even more. It was written more funny like SCREAM and I wanted to make a Gore Action Movie, but I was not able to replace the dialog I omitted with proper dialog. " Boll, you crack me up |
