The Last Express is a very interesting game, so I'd start with that.

Unfortunately, I haven't played any of your options. So normally I wouldn't take part in the poll, but TLE has such an excellent reputation that I had to vote for it (it's also one of my "most wanted" Adventures).

New games cost money. That's it. There's no point calling someone a fool for buying something new. I'll always look for a bargain - I often get my games from Jersey (tax/import haven, cheaper to buy there and ship it), but if a title comes out I've been waiting for then I'll buy it. There's no point calling someone a fool if they can afford to do it, or have been waiting a while for that new piece of entertainment they've been looking forward to or saving up.
It's not my job to support any industry. I work my ass off for every dollar I get, and i'm not going to go blow 50 bones on a game when I can wait a few weeks and get it cheaper either at a store or used.

Yeah, but you called people "fools" for buying new games. Just wanted to point out something, is all. I probably worded my response a bit wrong - I'm not saying you SHOULDN'T awit, but if people didn't buy new games there wouldn't be an industry, so it's a bit nihilistic to call people fools for doing so.

I buy my games new if it's something I want, but I look for the best price.

The only fools are people that own good PC's and have an X-Box sitting by and get the X-box title of a game for $60 instead of the PC version for X-amount less. Teehee, that'll smart someone.

I didn't mean anyone who did was actually a fool, and that they're stupid. It was just something to say, like "Ah pity da fool!". I wasn't being serious. If I could afford to buy games just as they came out, I would, but I can't, so I don't.

I got the best of both worlds. I use my xbox controller with some of my PC games. It was perfect for Physconauts.

A few weeks back. It shipped last week, but I'm in the UK and hoping it turns up soon. Actually, something arrived today and I couldn't pick it up, so who knows?

It's worth the wait. It's one of my favorite games ever.

Thinking about multiplayer games, btw, COD: UO has one of the best multiplayer modes ever, coupled with the original. The whole weighting and feel of that game, coupled with a good server, is second-to-none.

I was damn good at it back last year, before Joint Ops took over. Now I'm playing the BF2 demo and a bit of Planetside, but for real authentic "feel", COD can't be beat.
