Awww, you're so sweet!
This wouldn't have anything to do with you still wanting a trip out West, would it?

I've faced the facts. I'll never travel. So no, you could totally be my uncle!

Hmmm...the sympathy ploy. Very effective.
Okay, I'm your big gay uncle. Your Mom and Dad will be thrilled.

I merely said the sympathy ploy was an effective one, not that it worked on me personally.

Man, Moriarty. You're engulfed by happiness, I see.

It's an inner happiness. [purr]

The only way I could be more happy is if I were to sprout wings, and fly into the TV screen and soar off into the distance... [sigh]...

But of course you wouldn't have doubted my bliss if you'd known that where I was standing at that moment was the Arboretum in the Chozo Ruins of Tallon IV.

Actually, that's not the Disney Cinderella you see. This isn't my collection, you understand, but my family's collection (mostly of junk). The only videos in our VHS collection for which I can be held accountable are Mulan, the Flash Gordon serials, and the multitudes of Star Trek tapes. I don't think any of those can be made out in this photo. Anyhow, the good movies are mostly on DVD.

Edit: Oh, and you're right- The Little Mermaid was much better than Cinderella. But neither is as good as Fantasia.

Heh, I could spot it to be a non-Disney Cinderella at first sight. Disney's Cinderella *never* wears pink.

Oh, and isn't Mulan in the far bottom left? The red one?

Mulan was a great movie.

It's me, again. With and without glasses, and a rare full frontal shot. I don't know how to smile.

HEY! I patented the dark shirt under a burgundy or maroon button-down look years ago. I don't remember receiving any licensing fees from you. Time to pay up.

I remembered that two minutes after making the post, but I was already going to bed then. I would like to be able to say that they never show that dress on the VHS, but then I remember that it's that exact dress and in that state that they show her, both on the front of the cover and the side of it.

By the way, why do they nearly never show Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) in the blue version of her dress? It's much more pretty than the pink version, I think!

The video is actually on the top right; you can only just make out its side. It sure is a great movie. As I recall, I asked for it for my twelfth birthday. I love the animation. Too bad the Florida animation studio isn't around anymore. Anyhow, it's very annoying to have to watch such a beautiful movie in fullscreen VHS. I wish I had the DVD.
