Hehe, the pain is definitly worth it Well, after sitting 8 hrs under the needle I felt that running into a brickwall, head first, would be a less painfull experience, I still think it was worth it ;P

whereas the brick thing wouldn't be.. I've been thinking about getting a tat for some time now, but I'm not exactly clear on what I would like.

But then again, I know I take pain really well. I never took any pain-relieving substances while giving birth to either of my children.

I know I wouldn't be able to take it; it hurts when I brush my hair since I have a sensitive scalp. Nope, I'm fine without one, and I can live vicariously through you! lol

It must've had something to do with how extensive those tats are.

My tattoos didn't take more than a couple of hours so I don't know how I would react to that long a treatment with the needle. But then again, labour pains come and go for many, many hours.

I like meaningless tats that make for a good story. Like my friend who entered a drunken pact with a couple of guys for everyone to get a hand flipping the bird on their arms.. Don't know how he got it together enough to quit, but he did get up to two fingers, which kind of looks like the letter M. I don't think I'll ever find myself in a similar situation, so I should put more thought into mine..

The geisha tattoo was done over several sessions, most of them lasting for 4~hrs. The halfsleeve (birdie on the arm) was taken on Oslo Tattoo Convention, which lasted for one weekend. So I sat the 8 hrs on a saturday.

Finally, here's a picture of me and my outfit for Amsterdam:
I now notice that I seem to have pulled up the skirt a bit too much, so the corsage top looks a bit short. Still, I think it looks pretty good overall. Also, notice the cute, yawning little doggie to my right, which goes by the name of "Paul", aka "Plaul", "Paulchen", "Snuffkin", and "Paulekin". ^^ Remember, I only corrected some things about the outfit, and didn't sew it completely myself. I originally bought it from minibeastie on etsy. I didn't change anything about the look, but improved the fit a bit for myself. So the credit for the look goes to minibeastie, and the credit that it looks better on me than it did before goes to me. ^^ As for the cute outfit I recently linked to in the community blog, I am currently working on the belt, since I am not good at drawing patterns, and thus have to wait for my mother to do that for me. But the sewing will be done all by myself. -

OK, after all these years, the grown up Worm:
Rubber suits me, doesn't it. The shirt is a little wrinkly yet, as it was the first time I wore it.

I had once designed and made myself a tight black PVC sleeveless shell. Wore it under a black wool blazer, jeans, and mod boots for the clubs. That was years ago and I don't club anymore, but I still like the idea of subtlety in how to do fetish wear stylishly.
