Only 8 weeks till me and the missus jet off to the beautiful island of Kerkyra (Corfu for those who aint so good with Greek )

It'll be my fifth time to the island and Sarahs' third. I cannot wait to see all my Greek friends and go back to the place we always stay at.

We stay in a beautiful place called Paleokastritsa, in the North West of the island. The Sat image below shows you. The island sits in the Ionio Pelagos (Ionian Sea), with mainland Greece on the right, and Italy across the Adriatic Sea to the right. The narrowest part at right to the north of the island, is where many desperate Albanians try to swim across to try and get into Greece. Unfortunately, a lot of them die in the effort trying to cross the channel or get picked up by the authorities.

This holiday cannot come quick enough tbh, we both really need it.
