Hey,trying to figure out if what I'm going to have happen in a film exercise due in tommorow would actually work, and I'd appreciate people's opinions.

Would is be possible to die/ be in a coma from downing a significant amount (say, a quarter of a bottle) of pure, traditional absinthe (the stuff banned in many countries that uses wormwood) I'm going to have a character do this with that intent, and while I think it most likely would work,I would like other's opinions...

no, i don't think he would die but he would suffer violent hallucinations.
plus, i was told theres PCP in it, thats not a healthy drug (it's what makes you hallucinate
