there is nothing wrong with Clooney! I like the way he doesn't conform to the standard hollywood sellout. Well maybe he does, but atleast he's making his own movies, and not starring in all the standard star vehicles like an eddie murphy or an Arnold schwarzenegger.

I don't care about his personality, I just don't like him as an actor. I'm not saying he's evil or anything.

I have seen almost every Coen brothers movies.
The Man Who Wasn't there is the latest I've seen, at it was great! O Brother where art thou was better than great and I was surprised about George Clooney's acting in it. I don't like his acting in general but that movie is an exception. Maybe this Intolerable Cruelty will be the second exception, that remains to be seen. But still I got to see this newest film, when in it someday arrives to Finland. |

Yeah, if you're worried about it, he's not stupid enough to pretend he's still an ER doctor. His acting's a lot more like that of O Brother.

Oddly enough, I've never seen Clooney in ER. Actually, I've never seen ER at all. And until now, I had totally forgotten he was in ER.

Well, 'twas my mother's birthday yesterday and it was inevitable that I made my presence at this movie...as a gift to her, mind you, a diversion from her hectic schedule...
And I gotta agree, while I still think the plot is rather absurd and unrealistic, it was funny in places and a good watch. While I stick to my original opinion that it's the kind of movie that can be enjoyed equally well on a DVD or VHS, I don't regret watching it... Spoiler: |

Oh, whoops. I can't be arsed to articulate it eloquently, he just annoys the hell out of me.
