wow i just came from the Portuguese Counsil of Canada here in Toronto with a huge check of $1000 lol. My poem (Acorean Wonders) won grand prize in a canadian portuguese heritage ESSAY contest LOL.

If I may be so bold as to suggest:

BUY 2 SL1210 COPPER DECKS, ONE NUMARK DM3003X MIXER AND ONE KORG KAOSS PAD KP2! can't go wrong with that..

well if you already have a good setup then buy an amp, or many techno records.. or anything musical - I've learnt that I have never regretted buying anything musical, be it a record or a deck/mixer/effectspad/amp/whatever

and ofcourse everyone should suggest a good or hilarious 1000$ buy

edit: oh and congratulations ofcourse post the damn thing then!

i dont need any of those things JJ cause i already have a studio (im a remixer/producer....my team's artist name is Dark Moon perhaps you've heard of us )
I'll prolly just use it when i head off to europe this summer

We produce dark trance remixes
We already had two of our remixes that became official and were included in vinyls/cd maxis:

Marc et Claude - Loving You 2003 (Dark Moon Remix) and (Dark Moon Radio Mix)
X Sonic and Rays Presents Travellerz - I Will Find U (Dark Moon Remix)


When I'm 19 tho I'm gonna go solo with the project and take it to the next step and release my own vocal trance singles with my fiancee as the vocalist lol one can dream eh?
