Default Armageddon, Apocalypse, Absolution

I AM MUSE'S BITCH!

I'm wearing my brandnew spiffy Muse-tshirt I got with their newest cd + dvd, I've listened to their plentiful array of marvellous new songs and I am convinced that they RULE!
*Begins screaming 'Muse' frantically*

Anyone else got it?

Muse should change their name to 'Really Good Band'.

Or maybe not.

Yeah, I've had the Absolution album (though not the dvd, what's in that?) for some time, it's great .. I have Origin of Symmetry too, but not Showbiz .. maybe I'll get that sometime soon.

(PS, where did the Armageddon and Apocalypse come from, or are they just random long, beginning-with-A words?)

Ys; that counts yes

Tamz; at least here, when you bought the cd, there was a limited edition dvd as a bonus with it, with a very nice (albeit lenghtily boring at times) documentary on it. I thought they would have that everywhere... it's a nice bonus.
You should get Showbiz, it's a very good album. More in line with Absolution than Origin of Symmetry, with short, powerful songs.
Lastly, have you not noticed the distinct "end of the world"-theme on the album?! the first song is "Apocalypse Please" for crying out loud ^__^;; And on the other tracks too, there's a very strong feeling of the world ending, falling. Time is Running Out, Falling Away with You, Outbreak, Hysteria... I see a Götterdammerung-connection here. Ragnarök, here we come! It's the end of the world as prophesized by Muse.

hmm, I see it as more .. sort of .. well, not end of the world ish. High strung, almost hysterical, powerful .. but, no, that wouldn't be my feeling from it. Even if that's what was intended. definitely Rachmaninoff-ish though which is a huge compliment

Do that, Jaf. Damn, I wanna see them live as well
Now all I need is the Hullaballoo DVD and my collection will be complete. I hope Muse'll bring out lots more cd's over the years, so that there will be a huge collection in the end.

I'm just pissed that the Japanese got an exclusive bonustrack, "Fury", which altogether went completely passed us =(

Josep got me to try 'em out a real long time ago and damned if they weren't great. Course somebody liked a burned CD with some Muse songs and never gave it back, it's just that good.
