Halloween is scary because on that day I'll be turning 23. Just 12 more years till I can legally become President!!

Yeah, that's not much, but after you turn 21 you have to be aiming for something, otherwise all thats left is the vast expanseness leading up to death (or maybe social security).

This applies only in America I know. I guess everywhere else the vast expanse between the last privilege-granting birthday and a legally intoxicated death starts at 18.
