Among my more *ahem* rustic relatives I've seen arguments over the last piece of fried squirrel on the plate almost reach the fist fight stage, and squirrels and guinea pigs are roughly the same size, so apparently the flavor delights of small rodent meat are indeed worth the effort of preparation.

And before anyone asks, no, I didn't have any of the squirrel myself. I went with some cold leftover venison (except we just call it "deer" ) instead.
