Default I NEED to know the name of this song! It is driving me crazy!!!

Ok, so I really need help finding the name to this song. However, the dilemma is that it is A. a techno/trance song and B. The lyrics are scant and very ambigious. Here they are (you can laugh now):

'I need youuuuuuuuuu, ooohooooooo! I need youuuuuuuuu, ooohooooo!'

So now you can understand my problem as I can't really type this anywhere to get a good answer. Like I said, it is techno or trance and the voice that sings it sounds synthesized. The beat is pretty fast and is also simple. Up until yesterday I thought it didn't have lyrics (I though it was just a series of ooooooooo's) but I was humming it and someone told me that the they are "I need youuuuuuuuuuuuuu" The song is fairly recent (1-3 years old) and is played on the radio often.

Exactly. That's why I am so frusterated. I really don't think there are any other lyrics except those that I posted.

What do you mean? It's a techno song that isn't about feeling it, moving it or getting down. That's not all that common.

If you're really desperate, you could record yourself humming a bit of it and maybe someone will recognize it.

Sorry no clue.

But I have a question about a song I used to hear a lot 3 years ago, but never actually found out the name of the artist/piece. It goes someting like "Na na na na, whoah-oh-oh. How'd we ever get this way? ... you really gotta get to it." Any ideas?

I heard it on the radio, but I can't remember which station it was. The song is popular in discos but I never know the name. I am a DJ at a club and I still don't know the name of it....

It is too bad it had to be techno, where most songs don't have lyrics and the ones that do are only one or two phrases long.

How can I record something and post it here?

I usually use Creative Labs Studio to record stuff. The cool thing about CLS is that you can record "what you're hearing". So if you're listening to Internet Radio and a cool song plays you can record it otherwise I don't know...

Tip: a lot of bands have unreleased music on sites like myspace etc. If you come across a song you like, you can record it using CLS

I know how you feel, I heard a cool tune when I was in a club a while ago and it took me about 4 months to get the title of the song:

Jordan and Baker - Explode

Hang in there

There are no other lyrics other than what I mentioned. In fact, the guy I talked to could have been wrong and there might not have been lyrics at all in the song. It could be considered trance, I suppose, but I am not sure.

Maybe it's "Anna (Go To Him)"

Spoiler:
A cookie to anyone who can recognise this very obscure reference.

I found mine. It's by Armand Van Helden and it's actual lyrics are:

My, My, My

My, my, my
My, my, my
(Whoaaa)
Whoaa
how did we ever get this way
where's it gonna go..

My, my, my
My, my, my
(Oooh Ooooh wee)
Ooh,
how we gonna make it work,
what's it gonna take to do it..

(Repeat over from top)
