Thanks for the extra info, KASHMIR. But I'm afraid that you did not provide the correct title of the album.

NOW you get the winning point, KASHMIR! Yes, in America the album that featured THAT cover was entitled "Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs." Good job, and welcome to the game.
On a side note: it really hurt me to rule against someone whose nickname is the title of one of the best songs from the greatest band in the history of rock and roll. I'm glad you could clear it up.

KASHMIR is the song I like best .I think everybody knows Led Zeppelin .With Deep Purple and Black Sabbath , Led Zeppelin had led Hard Rock to the Glory .Kashmir have sounds as in the Middle East ...very mystery . Moreover , India and Pakistan always have conflick by Kashmir

A little bit of a warning, folks. (I'm sure he'll understand and properly castigate me for it when he finds out about the warning.) Remixor was in earlier studying the album covers. In a little over an hour he'll bop in here and score on #'s 2, 11, 17, and maybe 13 & 16.
In other words, get yer money down quick cuz the wheelz about ta spin! (This wink's for you, Sir Mixalot.)

And that's two more of the big point albums gone. I'll have to double-check, but I think that moves you into a tie for second place, Kolzig. Well done!

I guess we're up to hint time already. I'll post some tomorrow, but that will cut the point values of each album in half.

HINTS
_________________________ Remember that all point values are now half the original value. So albums 1-12 are now worth .5 points while 13-20 are worth one point. Also, check the original post to see updated point standings. 6. What is dropping out of the plane? Some of its _____. 11. This 2002 release is one of several solo albums from the lead singer of the greatest band in the history of rock and roll. 14. In what position is the lady on the cover falling? 16. This album was a famous Brit rocker's first album, released in the UK in 1969. The cover depicted is from the remastered US release which didn't come until 1975, long after he had made a name for himself. 19. Can you see the hand in the middle of the picture? It almost looks like someone is asking the celestial body to dance... 20. The cover art is actually a rebus of the album title. ________________________________________________ Good luck and happy hunting, trivians!

Interestingly, that was perhaps the vaguest and certainly the most opinionated "hint" and yet it led you to the correct answer immediately, Pappa. Just goes to prove that Led Zep is the greatest band in the history of rock and roll.
