Honestly if you are feeling bad right now, do you have access to a doctor now? Are your roommates there just in case?

I agree with Melanie - you should see a doctor - you could have a concussion. You need to tell him/her that you got hit on the head and that you passed out. They may not be related, but if there should be bleeding inside, you need to get it taken care of. Did you have a runny nose after this as well - more than normal after coming in from the cold? If so, has it happened again? I was in an auto accident years ago and hit my forehead on the visor - it broke a tiny bone there and I had a CSF leak (cerebro-spinal fluid).

I didn't go out as the temp today is -25 like. But I'm waiting for a resident doctor to come home later from his rounds.
