Thanks folks! For years my grandmother made me a chocolate pound cake with Hershey's icing for my birthday but I didn't get one last year because she's 91 & in a nursing home. My friend Shela gave granny's recipte to my friend Tara who baked her very 1st cake for me today! Yes, it looks like a meatloaf & isn't as tasty as the ones granny made, but this meant more to me than anyone can ever know. |
