Default Just wanted to introduce myself...

Hi all, I hope I'm making this post in the right place...

I just wanted to introduce myself, I've been a long time (and I do mean looonnngg time) lurker of these forums and have never gathered the courage to register and become part of the community, well all that is about to change NOW, damn it!

Anyways my name is Alex, and I'm a huge fan of adventure games. It is, in fact, and always has been, my favorite genre of games. Though I like to enjoy all types of genres of gaming, I still hold Adventures in the #1 spot. Like I said I've long been a visitor of these forums so I'm already pretty familiar with some of the keen personalities around here such as SamNMax, Squarejawhero, "Trepsie", and etc (please don't be offended if I didn't mention your name, I love you all! ). This site has also been a great resource for my adventure gaming, and has been invaluable in both the information it provides and the updates on the adventure gaming scene. So I finally decided that it's time for me to step in and start participating

Anyways my favorite games are the Gabriel Knight games, but I shall stop ranting for now as it has gone on for long enough. You'll probably find out more about me in the days to come anyways. Just thought I'd introduce myself, and if this post needs to be moved to the appropriate forum then please do so. Thanks for being such a great community, and I look forward to getting to know you all!

I'm more of a "Lucky Charms" kind of guy.

They are magically delicious, you know.

It's like milk and cereal were made for each other. Neither tastes good without the other.

Thanks for the warm welcome folks, and I must agree that the holy matrimony between the inseparable milk and cereal is one that must be honored in reverence.

To answer your question, Scott, I'm 23 years old and am from California, USA.

Cheerios, I want to give you a heartfelt welcome to this incredible community. Really, it starts as an adventure gaming community, but then it goes far beyond that to encompass a world of different kinds of discussions and of bonding between unique and beautiful people from all around the world. You could say we're a warm, loving dysfunctional family who occasionally have very heated, deep intellectual conversations but at the end of the day we laugh it all off and the love flows as always.

So I hope you stay and discover us one by one, the way we discovered you. And feel free to any of us who get bratty. Kick back.

EDIT:
