I feel your pain Karmillo. Despite being about -10 here in London, not a single frigging snowflake. Just an endless torrent of rain. I'm sure there'll be plenty of ice soon though, so I can slip on my arse when I leave work.

It can't be -10 if there's an endless torrent of rain.

Fecking feels like it, that's for sure! You're in London, you must know! Or are you still in bed?

BBC weather channel says it's at least 7 degrees so you need to adjust you internal thermometre.

Ah well, must just be this office then. Everyone's wearing their coats indoors, it's ridiculous.

If it's that cold, legally you can stop working and your bosses can't do a thing about it.

Legal minimum in offices - 160C

Ooh, stop working eh? Cheers for that, might have to try it! Although I think all the bosses are on holiday still anyway, so can probably just bugger off to the pub regardless.

Lately around here it's been 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C) and rainy, so all the snow is almost gone again!

Down with snow!

Peace & Luv, Liz

We had a tiny amount of snow yesterday after I'd closed the curtains and was inside, so I only found it when I walked across it later. And then it rained, removing it all.

But we've technically had snow. On the fifth day of Christmas.

So I'll stop griping about a lack of snow now .

More would be nice, though ...

I'm still home in Illinois visiting and it snowed today in Rockford. It was one of those snows with the big, wet and fat snowflakes that gets all slushy and melts quickly but it was so pretty while it was coming down.
