Happy Birthday Trunkyo!
Happy birthday, buddy!
For our main course, we'll be having okonomiyaki as you like it: Followed by a lovely chocolate rum cake: Enjoy!

As that Botero sculpture-like woman at the Mexican cafe I used to dine at in Chicago used to say: enyoy your meal! And remember to smash the pinata afterwards!

Who ARE you crazy people??! Sorry... just having an anime marathon hangover!
Thanks for the birthday wishes, everyone. ( Yum, okonomiyaki, dessert and more!) It was a pretty good day, but still a normal Saturday though (which meant I still had to do the vacuuming and laundry! ) I still got to finish my annual replay of Grim Fandango though (I always play it every Nov. 1 to coincide with the actual Day of the Dead!) My best friends and sister took me out to a really popular Vietnamese-Thai restaurant downtown for dinner. The pad thai was fantastic and the tom yum goong (Thai hot & sour soup) was spicy enough for me, but too fiery for everyone else! And for some mysterious reason, no one wanted any of my pho beef soup, complete with rare beef, tendons and tripe! After a brief stop at the casino (with my kind of luck, it would just save time to throw in my money at the giant doors and leave!!! ), we went on a small shopping spree at Future Shop, where I picked up a few CDs and my sis bought me the Limited Edition Myst V! Yay, schweet! The night was capped off with cake and anime mini-marathons of Fullmetal Alchemist and Samurai Champloo! So here's to turning

Happy Birthday, Trunkyo.
SD, you do know that Ranma's a guy, right? Just trying to help just in case, you are developing some sort of fantasy involving him. |
