Baseball has been interfering with my Simpsons viewing schedule.

What about the Astros?
Is it similar to the White Sox?

I normally don't enjoy baseball, or most other ball sports for that matter, but the Houston Astros is a special team to me. Since I was born I've been visiting my family in Houston Texas every summer, and every summer I would watch the Astros lose. I've grown fairly attached to the team and I'm really happy to see them in the world series. As far as I know they've never made it this far.
So let's hear it for the Astros! Woo! (I don't know any of these people) Quote:

I'm proud of the Astros, and I'm glad a Texas team is going to the World Series. However...I was born in Houston. It's a crap city compared to Dallas. Period. The end.

Hmm... which team will be more disappointed when they lose the series? White Sox (whose last WS victory came in 1917) or Astros (who have never been in a World Series at all!)
I would probably not watch it at all though. Dominant pitching on both side, equate to low scoring series, i.e. not much of a highlight. Then again, let's hope Doug Eddings get into the act again.

It's just nice to see teams that haven't been getting into the world series. Instead of yankees, yankees, yankees, blah, blah, blah....
