Default Adventures in the Galaxy of Fantabulous Wonderment

Hey all. Noticed it hasn't been mentioned here yet, so I figured I'd set the ball rolling myself. I've just released a new game, the title being the subject line of this post, and it's my attempt at working different kinds of gameplay into an adventure experience. Hope you like it!

And 'tis fun (although I'm the only person who finds Elite quite stunningly boring, so the trading bits had to be blitzed through for fear of a coma - but at least they're pretty short). Particularly liked the Redshirt parody, along with their utterly gratuitious, meaningless death sequence gags.

Yeah. Some excellent gags in it, and the trading bits are actually pretty quick once you've done a couple of routes. It's almost like Quest for Glory, only instead of fantasyland, it's in space, and instead of being a hero, you're an amoral spaceship captain, and instead of Glory, you're after...

...okay, seriously bad example. But it's fun.

I have only played it for 10 minutes but I really liked the opening cutscene, especially the interactive bit at the start. Quality.

Funny, I instantly thought of Quest for Glory when reading the description on the site. And I haven't even played QfG to the end yet.

Looks great, one question to you guys, though (well, to Yahtzee, preferably): how much recommended is it to play Rob Blanc games first?

It's designed to be completely understandable to people who haven't played RB, but those who have will encounter familiar faces.
