New Underground writers
It's with great pleasure that I welcome two new writers to our Underground staff this week.
First, welcome Joe Blessing, formerly known as lemonhead11 on our forums and now known as rio. He has displayed a commendable eagerness towards the genre and I believe will bring a lot of enthusiasm to the staff. Second, welcome a man that many of you are quite familiar with: Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw, author of the Rob Blanc games, 5 Days a Stranger, 7 Days a Skeptic, among others. Clearly there are few as qualified as Yahtzee and I could not be happier to have such a skilled writer as he become part of our staff. You will begin seeing the efforts of these two on our Underground site over the next month or so--I hope you'll be looking forward to it! On a moderately sadder note, Dave Gilbert, former editor of the Underground site, has decided to move on from Adventure Gamers and pursue some other life interests. He did many great things for the section during the year+ that he presided and I will miss him both professionally and personally. The role of Underground Editor will not be filled for the forseeable future. Please keep watching AG Underground for more great coverage of amateur adventures, and thanks for reading!

It's good to see the acquisition of writer as competant as Mr. Croshaw, but it is indeed lamentable to see the parting of the masterful Dave Gilbert. I only hope that his departure will be because of his commitment to writing more stunningly superb games!

Yes, welcome. Glad to have some more people aboard so I don't have to continue to single-handedly keep AGU in content.

But, lest I forget, a huge welcome to the new staff, so that I don't have to continue to single-handedly keep AGU in quality content . |

Hey, how're we all doing. Looking forward to writing for the site. I'm from the same country as Malcolm McDowell. You like Malcolm McDowell, right? Therefore you must also like me.

It's bizarre that Yahtzee is writing for AG. Also good, though. Welcome, Ben.
