Just found out this morning. http://www.zak2project.net/

It started in 1996, and disappeared in 2001 and again in 2006, but this time it looks like it might be permanent.

Shame that it got shut down. But wow! Between Time and Space looks amazing! I can't wait till it gets released in English.
