I've only had amazing deals on adventure games three times.

1) CMI and Monkey Madness for $13(CAN). I debated buying it because I already had CMI, but I just sold that copy to my sister for five bucks. Two Monkey Island games for seven bucks? Not bad!

2) Grim Fandango for $10(CAN). Hidden away behind a bunch of typing teacher type games on the discount rack at the local office supply store. Weird.

3)Law & Order 3. Free. I won it. Woo hoo!

Just bumping this thread to tell everyone how I love 'koninginnedag' (Queen's day) here in Holland for all those markets where people sell their old 'junk'.

It was there that I just bought a sealed (!) copy of Sierra's Space Quest collection for one (!) freakin' euro!

I couldn't attend to the markets at Koninginnedag this year - I had to play with the band in Veenendaal. Which is fun too.

Nice find, BTW!

That's a hell of a find! Note to myself: check out the junk sale this Sunday.
(we have sales like that every week, and I like to visit them from time to time. You can find practically anything there.)
