I'm trying to find a game which I can't remember the name of...
Can someone help me to identify an adventure game that I played when I was a kid? I can't remember its name. I remember that it was point and click, and the game started off in a forest, inside a tree house sort of thing, and the protagonist had to walk across a screen with a huge tree that kept dropping leaves that made your feet sticky when you walked across it to reach a castle of some sort... in the other direction there was a tunnel/cave with a stream and a rope bridge with only the frame left. I remember when I tried to cross it without doing anything the protagonist jumped on one of the side ropes and tried to balance his way across the stream but ended up falling in and dying. And there was a joker or something like that in the intro sequence.
I know this sounds really stupid and probably no one knows what I'm talking about but I'm feeling really nostalgic for this game and I really want to play it one more time... any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. |

I second that.
You are talking about the first Kyrandia game: The Legend of Kyrandia which is now fully supported by ScummVM FYI. |

I had the exact same problem with the same game, I could only remember the opening scenes and some foggy stuff about later parts. Then I saw this thread and the title looked familiar, and yay! You guys really are fabulous.
